What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Samba de Amigo Proto Naomi lock up
2.After music select, game lock up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It's not because Demul, the game wanted to open some file and unpack it. But 
there is no such file in game's data at all. The release version have this data 
hardcoded into EPROM. So there is two possibilities: the proto version never 
wored fine and crashes at the same point on the real hardware, or original 
maskroms aren't the same as for proto version and so proto version maskroms 
need to be dumped and verified too...
