Multi thread option for better performance #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.This emulator needs multithread option for better performance.This would open 
this emulator for much more people.

Long story short - if you have old slow CPU and doesnt want to buy new one (pay 
money), why do you think someone else must waste theirs time(=money) to avoid 
this ?

I have 3 years old middle class desktop CPU and its power enough to run 2-3 
Demul in parallel.
