D-Pad controls won't move cursor on Custom Planetweb 2.6X on XDP Limited Edition R4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch game on Demul
2.Use the D-Pad controls to navigate to Custom Planetweb 2.6X
3.D-Pad controls won't move the cursor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The D-Pad controls should be moving the cursor when Custom Planetweb 2.6X is 
launched, but they don't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Demul v0.5.8.1 on Windows 7 Home Premium.

Please provide any additional information below.
3 different factors:
1. The D-pad controls are supposed to move the cursor; it does with other 
emulators and an actual Dreamcast system
2. The D-pad controls work with other games, and even navigating to the 
browser, so the plugin isn't broken.
3. Other controls work aside from the D-Pad when in Custom Planetweb 2.6X, so 
the browser itself isn't frozen.

first of all, do you really sure, that "Custom Planetweb 2.6X" ever used the 
D-Pad controls to navigate (aside from you know they worked for any other 
programs and games lol)?
