where is gpu plugin? #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have navigated the plugins folder
2.when i run dreamcast
3.an error occurs saying "unable to load gpu plugin"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DEmul 0.582 WIP. Windows 7 ultimate (32 bit).

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the video plugin is missing!

make sure you have latest DirectX installed
