4:3 aspect ratio extra squeezed. all games #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set the screen mode to 4:3
2. play any game
3. press alt enter for full screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is normal 4:3 ratio of older games. What I am seeing is 
extra narrow screen on the sides. More than normal cropping from widescreen to 
4:3. everything is squished. tried a few naomi and atomiswave games they all 
show same results. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? windows 
seven ultimate x64. demul wip 0.582
