House of the Dead 2, The (Naomi prototype) doesn't boot #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncheck LLE MIE option in Naomi settings (HLE enabled)
2. Boot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Warning screen should appear, but it hangs before it with 60SPG/00RPS.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Possible an unknown MIE HLE command specific to HOTD2 prototype only.
