outriggers demul 0.5.8 naomi and dreamcast version missing all 3d scenery textures

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.either its just me or has all the 3d scnery textures started dissapearing and 
reappearing in this game ???
2.THIS NEVER HAPPENED IN DEMUL 05.6 0.5.7???

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
missing textures its no biggy just wanted to point it out demul devs :) ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the new demul 0.5.8 dx11hw mode 
amd6450 i72600k 3.40ghz
