Select image in GD-ROM image plugin is not working in Windows 8 64bit #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use GDRimage plugin
2.Run DreamCast
3.windows pop up of the selected image, click "select" -> crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Demul 0.58
Windows 8 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
no problems in Windows 7 64bit
