XInput error in Asian Dynamite in 0.581 #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Xinput and assign buttons
2. Launch game (asian dynamite in this case)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dinput throws error. If set to Xinput, it'll crash as soon as I press a button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It is for a while until plugin will be fixed. In 5.8 version it was broken - 
the analog stick shifting its directions.  Don't set xinput just use dinput 
mode and you will be able play.

As I mentioned, DInput throws an error:
Error! HRESULT=80004001) DirectInputDevice CreateEffect FAILED

Obviously, I have tens of pc games and many emulators. I have zero issues with 
this wireless x360 pad (official drivers).

I should mention that I just tried it again and while everything I stated 
stands from above with this Naomi game, I CAN dismiss the error and continue on 
it looks like. So it's not a blocker, just an annoyance until the next release 
or go back to .058.

xinput problems was fixed in current build already

use 580 instead of 581 plugin if you have issues with 581 and in reverse
