"Select" on Open dialog causes hang #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "Run Dreamcast" 
2. At the prompt, click Select to open the explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Crashes the emu every time. Works fine if I just do it from "GD-Rom" selector 
though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.0581. Win 8 x64, Nvidia Geforce 660
