Light gun reload action

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Moving mouse cursor outside of the screen
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to have to right mouse button or pull gun trigger to reload.
Instead the gun will automatically reload upon moving the cursor outside the 
screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Tested on hotd2, mok, dealcox ROMs
