Unable to get GPU settings to work properly, emulator crashes even while going to GPU settings #90

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Crashes emulator, practically unplayable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

On extraction of the emulator, none of the GPU options show up. I installed the 
GPU plugins for version 0560 and it freezes up for all 3 plugins, on settings 
screen and while attempting to run the game.

Note: I previously used the old versions of DEMUL, and they were ok with slight 
bugs.

your's system probably doesn't have DirectX 11 installed, WinXP and lower dont 
supported starting from 058

yep, old plugins will crash with version 058+
