crosshairs for fullscreen mode ? + savestates/load / pause/etc hotkeys on f1-12? #92

now that fullscreen works brilliantly with all the racing games/flight 
sims/fighters . can the lightgun games get a crosshair option cause in full 
screen i see no cursor crosshair :( ty :D
also i dont seem to have sav states / pause whilst in fullscreen impliment that 
too please thanks demul keep up the brill work :)

Set in pad plugins savestate hotkey (any key support).
