Classic Controller PRO Support #305

Could you please implement Classic Controller PRO support in this and your 
other fantastic emulators? Mine isn't recognized by this, SNES9x or VBA on the 
Wii, yet I know it works and I know my regular classic controller is recognized.

not an issue with the emulator, but with the homebrew library (libogc)
