Wish: Arrow key binding to d-pad #5

Some games don't use the joystick, but the arrow keys of the keyboard. So
my wish would be that in your menu where you can select whether the
Wii-controller controls Joy 1 or Joy 2, also a selection for using the
arrow keys with the dpad instead of the joystick directions.
As for the Joystick-Button, I'd leave that  out and not assign it different
then...

I've already implemented this (binding of any keyboard key to joystick 
directions),
so this will be in next version. It was a good idea, thanks!
