Loud buzzing noise

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading certain roms
2.Will occur constantly unless I boot out and back into emulator
3.Buzzing HAS occurred with other homebrew recently but more so with this 
emulator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?

Please provide any additional information below (Video settings, Console
region,...)

What version are you using and what are your video & audio settings ? When does 
the buzzing sound EXACTLY occurs ? I can not reproduce this issue and have 
tested many games recently... Also, there is no way i can fix anything with so 
few details on how to reproduce it.

It's strange that it happens in other homebrew as well, might be something 
related to your Wii.

I found out I do not have IOS58 installed so maybe that is causing stability 
issues.  If there is something wrong I hope its not the hardware although I was 
told that it probably isn't as the usb ports would be failing more often.

IOS58 has nothing to do with sound (unless you mean the sound crashing when the 
emulator is crashing because of USB instability, which is normal as everything, 
audio & video included will remain frozen with the program). 

Please tell what revision you are using as I asked you.

IOS58 is only required if you want USB2 support. You should also reinstall HBC 
after you install IOS 58
