SEGA Screen after Sega CD Bootscreen - Sound missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

During this Screen (SEGA with Sonic on the left throwing stars over the sega 
logo) there has to be this "Bling Bling" sound from the stars 
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DuqYduG_CU#t=5s). With Snatcher (U) and Lords 
of Thunder (U) i only hear the first "Bling" Sound.

What version of the emulator are you using
1.70

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)
wii pal 480p, settings mostly AUTO. Using SEGA CD BIOS us_scd1_9210

This sound effect uses stereo FM and i'm pretty sure it works the same for all 
games/bios (it's a generic bootcode). 

Your cables are either wrongly connected or your TV only outputs one audio 
channel, i had similar problem with SCART cable that was not connected 
correctly and i was missing left channel (only noticeable in games that use 
stereo panning)

whoops, you're right. somehow my tv wasn't set to stereo on the yuv output...
