is there a fix for forward loader Genplus GX v2- SEGA.wad for 1.7.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when boot it hangs on boot and will not load 1.7.0
2.it work be fore 1.7.0
3.i redid it back and it work 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
worked be for  but not now

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? 1.7.0

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)

I have no idea, i did not make this forwarder.
It's probably a bug with the application (dol) loader code within this 
forwarder channel, i know there are other that work.
