Crazy percentages in Low-Pass filter option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to Options/Sound
2.Turn the Low Pass Filter on
3.Click on the percentage and change its values.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the percentage you specify, some ridiculously high numbers will 
appear.

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)?
Latest stable version (1.7.4).

Please provide any additional information below (Emulator settings, Console
setting,...)
Despite this, leaving the value at "0" will show the default setting of 60%.
