Pallete lock does nothing #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enabling Lock Pallete
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pallete should not change when option is active.
Instead, nothing happens. The game's pallete still changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Windows 8.1 64-Bit

What title of gens window?
If it's Gens11svn334 up to 341 - then it's not latest version. When you made 
post: latest was Gens11svn346 (Nov 4, 2013) and Lock Pallete was fixed in 342. 
In downloads only 341 available, I don't know why. r341 - not latest.

It's because google disabled all new downloads for code repos. We'll have to 
host the build somewhere else, maybe in SVN itself.
