Suggestion: change the way to enable the turbos #21

In the gamecube, the way to activate the turbos (L+X or L+Y) have some 
problems, because the L trigger calls the menu.

This is very annoying, because you always have to get back from the menu each 
time you want to use the turbos, and it always remains pressed (autofire).

It would be better to just enable or disable the turbos only pressing X or Y 
buttons like a switch, in the same way the real TG16 controls does. 

Also it would be good to have two levels of turbos like the real controls.
