Military Madness slow down problem. #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Military Madness
2. Continue on a map such as SENECA
3. Scroll up and down on the map and the screen slows way down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth graphic movement is expected, slow graphic movement and
choppy sound is what I see instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nintendo Wii latest version
