Controllers not woring properly #4

For some reason when i try any controllers, GCN, classic, wii mote, when i
play the buttons are like on turbo for some reason is there any fix or
reason why this happens?

read the manual, turbo switches are mapped to some gamepad/wiimote/classic 
buttons

what happen is that you accidentally hit those buttons and enabled the turbo 
switches
hit again to disable and be careful about the buttons you press

should be modified in a later release as, strangely, it seems to cause problem 
to
MANY people
