^^^Has info pertaining to Turbo CD images on PSPHUGO.  Was wondering if 
this could be explored, and possibly examined and implemented into Wii 
version?

everything needed is already in the original Hugo
CD image can already be loaded, it's just that audio track playback need 
additional
mixing/decoding code for the Wii, PSPHUGO can not help for that.

to be short, it's not a lack of information, it's lack of time/motivation for 
coding it
