Music in UMD browser #329

In real PSP while selecting games, plays music in some selected games, but in 
current emulator its not. I think need to add this opportunity and possibility 
to switch that music on/off accordingly.

Music is played in UMD browser when it is available in Atrac3 format.
Music in Atrac3+ is not played as there is no open source decoder for Atrac3+. 
Should also use SonicStage to decode Atrac3+.

Can now be implemented using the Java decoders.
