Mice Pointer Speed return to windows default value after playing in Fullscreen #337

every time i play game in JPCSC and exit my mice pointer speed returns to 
default windows speed value(i have it at max always)

it wasn't a tool,downloaded clean build from site and tested with it
problem appears once u enter fully into game
mice pointer in windows just resets to default crawl speed
