Black Screen When i go Full Screen, every resolution FS Exclusive mod or not.

the program gives no error and it is not about my OS or HW, it's been 2 years 
now that i've been trying to run JPCSP in full screen mode but it gives me 
black screen, i can't see anything, i have to click F11 or F12 to open the 
configuration windows. some versions ago i used to see the program in full 
screen but the mouse position was completely wrong so i wasn't able to click 
anything or start a game.
it would be good to enjoy playing in Higher resolutions (FULL HD) without 
having this problem or maybe just without fullscreen.
as i wrote, i've been having this problem from the 1st JPCSP version i tryied 
and belive me, that is a long time ago. i thought that was an everybody's bug 
but as i can see from forums and youtube i'm the only one having this problem, 
either with windows 7 or 8.

Configuration:
Intel i7 2600K
Geforce 580
Windows 8
8gb ram DDR3

I tried with another computer and it gives a completely grey screen (when on 
full screen), no buttons, no menus, nothing to click if not ALT-F4

anybody here? I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM with 2 other computer and win8.1
