Updated translation and a bug report #350

Hi Gid, i wanted to give you my updated translation to pt-br here:

and i wanted to report that when you maximize the DOS window and the main 
window of jpcps this is the result http://i.imgur.com/4gYBCoq.jpg both arent 
maximized correctly, i tried only the resolution of 1600x900 that is the max 
resolution supported by my monitor, didnt try the other ones.

I can't access the file on 4shared.com as it requires a login.
Post the updated translation on the forum.

Maximizing keeps the PSP aspect ratio of 480/272.
