Can't Open Settings or Run Games

Hi

Jpcsp does not work properly on my PC. Jpcsp3352 works, however i have since 
installed Jpcsp3422, and the emulator no longer works properly. After running 
the application, i can no longer open the Settings (F12) menu, and i cannot 
load or run games. I have attached a log which shows what errors i receive on 
the CMD window.

My PC Specs:
Quad Core i5 Processor. 
Windows 7 64 bit. 
Nvidia GT 440
8GB Ram

The UMD files are working now with now problems. However i still cannot access 
the Settings (F12) Menu at all. Hence i am unable to modify settings to suit my 
needs. I have since moved to PPSSPP, which works perfectly.
