Can not covert a decrypted save to encrypted on some games #369

Since some games check consistency of the savedata and before saving, even 
loading the game in decrypted mode and trying to save it in encrypted mode 
after changing the setting will not help (this is in Valkyria Chronicles 2). So 
it would be handy if in 'encrypted mode' it would still recognize decrypted 
savegames, for transfer purposes.

actually, loading the savegame, changing to encrypted and then *deleting* the 
original savegame from the filesystem worked to convert it, by bypassing the 
savegame verification and forcing the game to create a new one.
