Can't navigate through the main menu #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn on HBC
2.Start PSX Emultator
3.Can't navigate through the main menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No Error. Just the main menu menu

What version of the product are you using?

Latest

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't have any plugged controller. Can it be the issue that I can't
navigate main menu?
