Enhancement (Input): Add functionality for Classic Linker N64 (Supports PSX pads)

I was browsing one of the import sites I shop and I came across this 
product made in Hong Kong, China.  Apparantly this allows linking of N64, 
PS, PS2 controllers to the Wii console via the GC controller ports.  The 
description on the product page as you'll note lists that this works with 
the PS dancing mat which would be helpful with the emulation of dancing 
themed games on PS.  It has other features as well which are all listed on 
the page below.  This could also alleviate the issue of games that use 
both shoulder buttons.  I know there's a classic controller plus in japan, 
but for many this would be convenient as most users will already have a PS 
controller of some kind.

And might I mention that unlike a certain controller linker mentioned on the 
Wii64 
issues page this as the name implies allows hooking N64 controllers to it as 
well.
