Wont loadup or save games and glitches when loading game list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Fireup snes9x-gx and it says 
2."cant find snesx/roms" 
3. Or before the problem started it would say
"Error cant save" Or "Error cant load"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I fireup snes9x-gx, I expect it to see my roms..
They are in the root directory where they were before..
I see "cant find snes/roms"

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.51? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum. No

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

It keeps reseting my preferences everytime I exit snes9x-gx.
I recently reinstalled my version from snes9x-gx009
to the same thing 009..

I forgot. I would also like to add that I cant save my game in any of my 
emulators
on HBC..  It almost feels like I got a update but Wiiconnect24 is off...

your SDCARD got corrupted, better do a backup and reformat it
