ADD GUI FOR HD SUPPORT #43

There is already a GUI for HD support (to load games from FAT HD).

You have to select USB in the option menu and then can browse the HD in the 
insert menu.

Aye, HD support is already there (although abit flakey).
I normally add it through config file to point to HDF files.

The HD support (HDF file) is now fixed.
