dump screen never reloads the app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. experience and look at a dump screen :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: reloading in 8 seconds
instead: never reloading

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
uae gx version: v8 of dec-31
wii firmware: 4.3U

Please provide any additional information below.
i know this might have several (difficult) reasons, but whenever i had seen a 
dumpscreen because of some crash, the app or the HBC never reloaded.
it just stays still until i unplug the power supply.

This is not a UAE-WII issue. The behaviour after a crash depends on the wii 
operative system (IOS). Anyhow you do not need to unplug the power supply since 
you can also keep the power supply button pushed for 3 seconds (read the WII 
manual).
