Turbo speed does the opposite of what it's supposed to #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play any original GBA hardware demanding game [fire emblem games are the
best example]
2. Try to use turbo[in a place with a lot of visuals, healing in fire emblem]
3. It slows it down?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to turbo speed, when in fact most of the time it makes it just
get choppy and slow down. It irritates me that I could never use turbo in
any Fire Emblem since I used this emulator, as it helps speed up enemy turns.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
Worked fine with original VBA, so being built off of it probably not.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.0.6 Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Downloads page on google code.

Please provide any additional information below.
Idk why I didn't report this before, as this was happening even before it
was updated to the 2.0+ versions.

Until the program itself can be sped up, this is just what happens. I really
hate
this, too, but there really isn't anything we can do but plead Tantric to
bolster
the speed of the program.

Sorry, you can't expect perfection - this is not a "bug" but just a limitation

As for this and the kirby issue I had no idea. I really do apologize :[. But
can you
at least fix the fact that KDL2 and probably some other gb games that i don't
know of
don't respond to the monochrome feature? it seems like they just ignore it and
decide
to do color anyway.
