Low-res mode (original) like SNESGX and FCEUGX #323

I wondered if is possible to put a low res mode (320x240 -- Original <240x160, 
in case of GBA>) like your other ports, of that way would be possible to play 
with REAL scan-lines in CRT Monitors (15khz).
