Incorporate SNES9x Next (from Retroarch) into Wii Mednafen #44

I'm simply requesting an enhancement to add Retroarch's version of SNES9x Next 
into Wii-Mednafen's already long long of emulators.

SNES9x Next is not simply just another port of the popular SNES9x emulator, but 
its actually been modified quite a bit for the Wii specifically to allow full 
speed of SNES games WITHOUT ANY frameskipping whatsoever! 

You can find SNES9x Next 1.52.3 here - 
https://anonfiles.com/file/f40e8dd45dc7ba68f03d2bab3546adfd - and its contained 
within the Retroarch folder.

I'll also attach it for your convenience.
