Could you do it? In my opinion, it would be good addon for 240i or 240p video 
modes.

Hi axelrage89. Perhaps you mean 480i and 480p? There is no 240i mode and it 
wouldn't make much sense to do it in 240p. For sophisticated filters such as 
these which deliberately introduce complex artifacts, a higher resolution is 
better (with 2x scaling of the framebuffer for most emulated systems of course).
