Bug: Hugel Debugging Reason #2

Detecting a hugel by distance + elevation + start date doesn’t seem to work sometimes. Not exactly sure, but some Hugels were missed. Add a “reason” why it’s not a Hugel for debugging, but sync all activities on the given day.

Unsure how the best way to include it in the UI. Maybe on the person's profile page, they can click a button next to an activity? And it will show missing segments?
