SlimGet blocked? #5

So I was trying to access SlimGet today because I was unable to restore my DSharpPlus project, and it redirected me to a site that basically said to me that the site was blocked in my country (Germany) because we supposedly support Russia in the current war? And while I already felt sure, I did check again, and from what I've gathered, Germany very much does not support what Russia is doing so I wanted to ask whether this might be outdated, or maybe it isn't even related to you or something similar? Sources for my standpoint: https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/major-shift-germany-send-weapons-ukraine-83131834 https://www.vox.com/22960493/germany-chancellor-reversal-defense-war-russia-ukraine

The problem is that the stance is very soft. They continue to buy gas and oil (I'll say - in parts because they've been pushing the whole continent into the Russian monopoly for a while now, but this just highlights that it's a long-term issue). They refuse to cut off gazprom bank from swift, etc. Quite frankly, the early actions have also been rather shameful. Mouldy boxes of ancient hardware that wasn't even usable, etc.

To you the stance might be soft but we have gone back on decade old policies and invested what is for us quite an amount of money into this. We've been trying to reduce our military action for years because we caused both world wars and do not want to repeat something similar. So of course our supplies are gonna be old, we don't really have much activity anymore, it's sometimes absolutely cringy how desperate the military ads are getting. When it comes to oil we don't really have a choice, besides Russia, NL is our only real option and their supply of oil is far less and far worse, not to mention that other countries like the UK for example, are also taking their sweet time with ending their oil purchases from Russia, as they are saying they'll stop by the end of 2022, by then the whole thing might be over. It's as good as saying a country will go climate neutral by 2030, like that's nice, but by then we'll be dead. Going without gas can ruin an economy and our prices have always been so high that many of us left the country, for where I live usually Poland, to get their gas, because we just don't have any, going even further down could make it impossible to use. I can also add to that that I personally do not drive a car but instead opt for public transport which is mostly based on Electricity here, with electric trains and similar, and even electric busses already replacing some of the gas ones we have. But idk if that makes much of a difference to you. And even then, what do you expect people like me to do? Voting isn't for another 3 years, and the German government has always been known among Germans for ignoring protests and similar things, none of us wanted Article 13, all of us want better work against climate change, and none of us want to support Russia. But our government doesn't really listen. Most of the people that vote for these parties that keep fucking these things up are old conservatives that barely even use Computers. With this you are far more hurting the people that actually want to help the Ukraine, than those that caused the situation that is now currently the case. You are boycotting people that can't do anything about it
