This is an attempt to simplify the Paginator (Vue component) logic. It's WIP.

There is a few questions that it tries to address:

What is term? What is it used for?
Why are so many events send to EventBus are they really needed?
Can we improve the naming of events, i.e. loadPage vs pageLoaded are conceptional entirely different events.
