Remove frontend code from Inensus packages #121

Scope: Imported Inensus packages into MPM code base come with a bunch of Frontend code in the backend part for example: https://github.com/EnAccess/micropowermanager/tree/main/Website/htdocs/mpmanager/packages/inensus/calin-meter/src/resources/assets/js

This is no longer needed, as all the frontend code is in the frontend part of the repo.

Definition of done: There should be no frontend code in the backend part of the repo (Website/htdocs/mpmanager)
