[Bug]: Fully clean up leftovers of `MeterParameter` #375

Expected Behavior

There shouldn't be dead code in the codebase.

Actual Behavior

Currently, there is a lot of leftovers from MeterParameters. MeterParameters where removed here: https://github.com/EnAccess/micropowermanager/commit/17a36f356c5e0c7aa37446e4632ee7a46db45ba4

However, there is lot of left overs even with some broken controllers.
