Grouping-step #249

  1. "Create Group" Button should be Button/Primary (blue) at 30% opacity, not grey.
  2. Omit outline. Make color #5D5D5C. Make number bold.
  3. Default should be White with grey outline (#EBEBEB). Make number bold. Make text color #343433. Status Badge here only has two states, green or white
  4. Not sure if this is accurate for small screen, but please make into one line like design
  5. Are we still doing this? Create Group

Primary button disabled needs a second state that looks like this. Responses Select Status badge should not have outline, for the entire time, when response are selected and count goes to one, the badge should not change color.
