Combine the candidates table page and the submissions page #204

Into the submissions page (app/components/submisions.js), incorporate the

[ ] Upload CSV File
[ ] Paste Google Sheets Link
[ ] Edit Manually functionality
[ ] Send Invites
[ ] Send Reminders
[ ] Edit manually adds a blank line at the end for new text, and removes it when you exit edit manually.
[ ] Make cells editable when in edit manually mode
[ ] Incorporate the Invite Sent column info of the candidate-table into the Submission Status
[ ] Make empty cells white (rather than gray)

Blocked - need more research on if this is the best solution to the problem.
