An occasional problem with tooltips in invite meter #221

IF you switch between the story Undebates List - All Moderator Options and All Candidates Options sometimes the above will occur.

Happened on the dev server too, after going down into elections and back up to the list, several times.

Also, once it's broken it stays broken in all instances of the InviteMeter until the page is refreshed. image
