Adds a Change Mic button to the bottom of a recorder window if multiple microphones are detected. Includes a fix so that the survey after recording can accept input (pointer events) Includes a new tool app/tools/recorder-count db start That will count the number of recorder records generated in the last seconds.

Tested on chrome and safari on macBook Air, chrome on windows and android. - recording doesn't work on ios. On Safari turning on the experimental feature for MediaRecorder is required.
