customer recorder invite must use specified email #306

When a user is sent an invite to record, that specifies an email address, the account create page (and the server too) should ensure that the account used matches on of those listed.

After an account has been create for an invite, the system must ensure that no other account can be created based on that invite.

Note invites may specify a list of candidate and personal email addresses. After one is used to create the account, no other new accounts based on other of those emails should be created.

If you want to talk it through I'm pretty open on Fridatly after 9am pacific time. I could be available Saturday or Sunday or Tuesday - or let me know what works for you.

The best way to begin is by installing the project using these instructions https://github.com/EnCiv/undebate/blob/master/doc/Install.md but there is one thing that is out of date. Mongolab is no longer available. See the section in the doc for how to setup mongodb. Or we can just talk it through.
