[Location Browser] requests.exceptions.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) #1017

Nominatim requests are now requiring a more descriptive User-Agent description. Using "User-Agent": "EnMAP-Box QGIS Plugin (enmapbox@enmap.org)" solves the problem.
